Their vision for Titan Property Care was inspired by their faith in Jesus and the belief that success should be used to serve others. They dreamed of becoming financially free, not because wealth was the purpose, but because they believed resources could be used as a tool to bless others, support families, serve communities, and advance God’s work around the world. Personal statement from Carsyn Kimrey: Personal Statement Titan Property Care was built from a dream that started long before the company existed. As a young person, I wanted to create something meaningful — something that could provide stability, create opportunities, and make a difference in the lives of others. Through experiencing challenges and uncertainty, I learned the importance of perseverance, faith, and having people who are willing to help. Those experiences shaped my desire to build a company that does more than provide services. I wanted to create an organization that gives people opportunities, supports families, and serves communities in meaningful ways. My faith in Jesus is at the center of this vision. I believe that the abilities, opportunities, and resources we receive are not meant to be used only for ourselves, but to bless others. My goal is not simply to achieve financial success, but to use success as a tool to serve God, help people, give generously, and make a lasting impact. I dream of building Titan Property Care into a company that creates jobs, develops leaders, supports employees, serves customers with excellence, and gives back to those who need help. I want the company to be a reflection of values like integrity, compassion, hard work, and generosity. Personal statement from Carter Edwards: My journey with Titan Property Care started long before the company was ever created. It started with a friendship, shared experiences, personal growth, and a belief that God has a purpose for every season of life. I first met Carsyn in 6th grade. At the time, we were simply two students building a friendship, but over the years that friendship continued to grow stronger. In 8th grade, we became much closer through choir, where we developed a stronger connection and built a friendship that would eventually shape the direction of our lives. During that same year, Carsyn encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and join football. That decision brought us even closer together and created new experiences that strengthened our bond through teamwork, challenges, and shared goals. Our first year of football was a learning experience. In 8th grade, I competed in football and faced the challenges that came with learning and growing as an athlete. While the season had its difficulties, it taught me important lessons about perseverance, discipline, and the importance of continuing to improve. During that same year, Carsyn began wrestling, which became an important part of his own journey and growth. Going into 9th grade, we both continued improving and challenging ourselves. I saw growth in football, and I decided to join wrestling alongside Carsyn. Wrestling became an opportunity for us to build discipline, strengthen our mindset, and push ourselves beyond our comfort zones. Through hard work and dedication, we experienced success by placing in tournaments at both the JV and varsity levels. Those experiences taught us the importance of commitment, preparation, resilience, and continuing to pursue excellence. During 10th grade, I continued competing in both football and wrestling. I experienced growth as an athlete and learned many valuable lessons through competition, but I also began to recognize that God may have been preparing me for a different direction. Sports had taught me discipline, leadership, and perseverance, but I started feeling called toward something beyond athletics — something focused on building, serving, creating opportunities, and making a larger impact. Around two months before Titan Property Care was officially started, Carsyn and I took an important step in our faith journey and were both baptized. That moment strengthened our relationship with Jesus and reminded us that our lives were meant to be guided by faith, purpose, and service. After much prayer, reflection, and trusting God’s plan, I made the decision to step away from both football and wrestling. This was not an easy decision, because sports had been a major part of my life and had given me many unforgettable experiences. However, I believed God was opening a new door and calling me toward a different mission. I wanted to be obedient to where He was leading me and dedicate myself to building something with lasting purpose. That is when Carsyn brought up the idea of starting a business. What began as a conversation quickly became a vision for something much bigger. During the summer, we spent countless hours planning, developing ideas, researching, and building the foundation for what would eventually become Titan Property Care. Throughout the summer, Carsyn and I continued working, preparing, and turning an idea into something real. In September, after gaining access to reliable transportation and having the ability to serve customers more effectively, I was able to officially launch Titan Property Care. From the beginning, Titan Property Care was built around a mission bigger than business. We wanted to create a company that provides opportunities, serves people, gives back to communities, and honors God through everything we do. We dreamed of building something that would allow us to provide for our future families, live a meaningful life, support others, and use our success to make a positive impact. Most importantly, our vision has always been centered around Jesus. We believe that success is not just about what we achieve, but how we use what God gives us to bless others. Our goal is to build a company that reflects faith, integrity, generosity, and service — a company that helps people, creates opportunities, supports missions, and spreads the Gospel through our actions. Looking back, every part of the journey — meeting in 6th grade, building a friendship, growing through sports, strengthening our faith, making difficult decisions, and following God’s direction — helped prepare us for this mission. What started as two kids becoming friends has grown into a partnership built on faith, purpose, and a desire to create something that impacts others. Titan Property Care represents more than a business. It represents a journey of growth, obedience, faith, and a commitment to use the opportunities God provides to serve others and build a lasting legacy.
